Making Money Online
Although the golden glow of
Internet companies has been tarnished recently and many are
now historical footnotes, some businesses are actually making
money online, particularly in the business-to-business arena.
For e-businesses that offer products and services to consumers,
the jury is still out. Books, CDs, software, computer hardware
and travel services sell well, but the bottom line is that no

A Good Night's Sleep
Like many people, I've been having a
difficult time sleeping through the night since September 11.
As a psychotherapist and health writer, I know that people with
depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder often
experience difficulty sleeping. But many of us who do not have
those problems are still bothered by temporary or intermittent
